Aránzazu Calderón Puerta is an Associate Professor in Spanish Literature at Università degli Studi di Torino. She worked as a lecturer in contemporary Spanish literature at Warsaw University. She is co-leader of the GENIA research group (Gender, Identity and Discourse in Spain and Latin America), together with Warsaw University Full Professor Katarzyna Moszczyńska-Dürst. Her lines of research focus on issues related to historical memory in works of fiction in Spain and Poland from a feminist and gender perspective. She is currently working on two research projects at the University of Warsaw, one on posthumanist issues and the other on narratives of the "I" in Argentinean literature of the last 20 years.
