"Folia Bibliologica" has been issued since 1990 as a continuation of the "Bulletin of the MSC Univeristy Library" published since 1955. The journal covers issues of contemporary librarianship and the history of libraries as well as a wide range of bibliology problems, information science and press studies. The content of the issues is presented in the regular sections: articles, reviews, documents and reports. The published texts are reviewed by distinguished experts in presented fields. Editorial board is open to extensive cooperation with the authors of Polish and foreign academic and public libraries willing to share their professional and organizational achievements. The journal is addressed to librarians working in academic and public libraries, to academics and students of library science and scientific information as well as all the readers interested in the issues of the above mentioned fields.
